To qualify for this Offer of $29 per handset per month, the following terms and conditions will apply:
Inclusions
This offer includes:
- The MACH-1 software and hardware platform with:
- An agreed number and type of telephone handsets
- Interfaces to support a number of analog lines (ie, for fax machines) to support an average business based on the number of handsets purchased
- Interfaces of a number and type to support connection to the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) to support an average business based on the number of handsets purchased
- Delivery of telephones and PABX hardware within Sydney Metropolitan Area
- Installation, configuration and testing at one customer site within Sydney Metropolitan Area
- On-site end user training of one hour at premises where equipment has been installed
- On-site hardware replacement support for all hardware (Guaranteed response within 4 business hours)
- Off-site remote support for software (Guaranteed response within 4 business hours)
Exclusions
This offer excludes:
- GST and any other applicable taxes
- Excludes call costs, line rental and carrier connection charges
Assumptions
This offer is made at the stated rate based on the following conditions. If these conditions are not met additional installation and/or monthly charges may apply:
- Minimum 20 handsets. If fewer handsets are required an installation charge and/or higher monthly charge per handset may be applicable
- All handsets and equipment remain the property of Ulterius Pty Ltd
- A minimum term of 24 months applies
Pre-requisites
In order to provide this service at the offered rate, the customer must meet the following pre-requisites:
- Voice suitable data network
- Ability to provide remote access as agreed with Ulterius (SSH via internet preferred)
- Suitable external network connectivity to support external VoIP services, if required (Broadband with Quality of Service)
- LAN Switch ports to support the number of handsets required
- Appropriate electrical outlets to support infrastructure (1 per handset, or Power over Ethernet capable switch)
- Standard office environmental conditions
